Okay, okay… admit it. You’ve got a stash of old t-shirts you can’t bear to part with, but actually have no idea what you’re ever going to do with them.
Whether it’s an old college t-shirt that now has an unfortunate hole, your favorite concert t-shirt that no longer fits, or a stack of old baby onesies that remind you of sweet bygone days (sniff sniff), wouldn’t it be great to repurpose them into a thing of beauty?
Here are three creative ways to upcycle that old sentimental t-shirt into gorgeous wall art (a prefect addition for a gallery wall we might add!):
1. Use Styrofoam squares to make it look like a canvas. We love how she used a circle to add some variety as well. Grab the full tutorial and repurpose your t-shirt here.
2. Upcycle your favorite shirt by framing it. Incredibly quick and easy, especially if you already have a frame! The full DIY wall art details are here.
3. Turn that shirt into a wreath using a pool noodle (for reals). I know the one featured here is a Halloween wreath, but if you have old shirts that match the décor colors of your home, this wreath could work year round. Grab the how-to right here.
